US Delegation Visit

Event Details

On 8th December 2019 a delegation of American coaches visited Misbah Volleyball Academy in Islamabad and met the girls and coaches from the academy, were they had an interactive session and spent some quality time with the athletes. The aim of this visit was to encourage the girls who are coming out of their comfort zones to participate in sports and how sports is being used in Pakistan to bring a social change.
Also the delegation briefly discuss that how they use sports to build opportunities in different communities in the US. This visit helped to understand that how we can engage young girls in physical and healthy activities while providing safe spaces and safe environment to them.
